What does "mobile" mean?
Dave brings the tools, the lift equipment and the diagnostic computer to you. Driveway, office parking lot, storage garage, or the side of the road. You do not drop the car anywhere.
Do you publish an address?
No. X Prestige Auto is a service-area business. Every job happens at your location across Broward, northern Miami-Dade and southern Palm Beach.
What Mercedes models do you work on?
All of them, from the W124 to the current EQ and AMG lines. C, E, S, CLA, CLS, GLA, GLC, GLE, GLS, G-Class, Sprinter and Metris vans.
Do you work on other makes?
Yes. BMW, Audi, Porsche and Land Rover are regular visitors, and most other makes for maintenance, brakes and diagnostics.
How do you charge?
A flat diagnostic fee that is credited toward the repair, and quoted-up-front pricing for the work itself. No surprise line items.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty and labor is guaranteed for 12 months / 12,000 miles.
Can I watch?
Please do. Dave photographs and films his work anyway, and would rather you see the worn part than take his word for it.
