Do you need to see the car in person?
Yes. Mobile diagnostics means Dave comes to your driveway or office with the scan tool and test equipment. Most diagnostic visits take 45 to 90 minutes.
Can you clear the light and leave it?
Only if the fault is a one-time event with no underlying cause. Otherwise the light comes back and you have paid twice. Dave will tell you which case you are in.
